ABOUT CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Company has adopted Corporate Social Responsibility (‘CSR’) Policy, in accordance with the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘the Act’). The Company prioritizes CSR initiatives on such areas, where it could provide significant positive impact to the society at large and is committed to delivering sustainable solutions to equip and encourage healthcare and wellness, maximize human and social development and leverage the aspirations of youth, women and vulnerable sections of society.
The policy reflects the Company’s philosophy for giving back to society as a corporate citizen and lays down the guidelines and mechanism for undertaking socially useful programme for the welfare & sustainable development of the community.
